We are very concerned with product quality and customer satisfaction, and so we offer an arrive alive guarantee that some other vendors do not. If your purchase arrives D.O.A. (Dead on Arrival), we will happily give you a full refund. In order to qualify, you must submit a photo that clearly shows your product as being dead within 1 hour of arrival. Please be aware that in certain situations, we may require additional photos, including but not limited to, pictures of the box the coral came in, etc. Please try to follow proper acclimation procedures in order to ensure the maximum health, comfort, and least stress possible to the organism. Please be aware that the shipping process is very stressful to corals, and they close up as tight as possible. If you are unsure if your coral is dead, most dead corals emit an incredibly foul smell.
If we feel a customer is constantly abusing/misusing the arrive alive guarantee, we reserve the right to deny this service at our discretion.
